Tree Crown Reduction

What Is Tree Crown Reduction
A crown reduction is the removal of branches from around a tree’s top and sides. This keeps it in its natural shape, preventing overgrown tops or cramped bottlenecks caused by shrubs crowding out desirable growth elsewhere on property lines. In short: It’s an elaborate form of pruning that can be safely carried out at any size!
Crown Thinning and Lifting
Crown thinning involves removing the inner branches of the crown to allow more light to travel through. As with crown thinning, we remove the deadwood to keep your tree in a healthy condition.
Crown lifting, as the name suggests, is the removal of branches from the lower part of the crown, which in turn lifts the crown’s height. Crown thinning is essential for ensuring vehicles and people can travel underneath the tree safely.
